Capitolina scrum-half Giulio Toniolatti made his international debut for Italy against Australia during the 2008 autumn internationals.
Toniolatti made his bow as a replacement for Pablo Canavosio as Italy narrowly lost to a last-minute try from Australia fly-half Quade Cooper.
Toniolatti went on to be a key part of the Italy A side which played in the 2011 Churchill Cup and was rewarded for his performances with a place in Italy's 30-man squad for the 2011 Rugby World Cup.
