Magners League champions for this season, Munster, will officially be presented the trophy for winning this year's title after their final game of the season against the Ospreys at Thomond Park on Friday night. The side will be led by Paul O'Connell but it will also be a night of farewells as the club bids goodbye to Anthony Horgan, Frank Sheahan, Federico Pucciariello, John O'Sullivan, Mike Prendergast and utility back Kieran Lewis. For the visiting Ospreys their coach Sean Holley has opted to rest their Lions stars ahead of the tour to South Africa. "We've rested our Lions for our final fixture, they've served us well this season and with the tour almost upon us, we want to make sure that they represent the Ospreys to the best of their ability this summer. "Obviously we'll be going to Munster with regrets that we aren't going there chasing silverware as we'd hoped. They say that it's your away form that wins you leagues and our away form has been pretty good," said Holley. "We've won at Connacht, Glasgow, Ulster and we've had two good derby wins, but unfortunately, we've stumbled at home since the turn of the year, losing at home to Munster and Leinster, and then the late defeat to Edinburgh recently. It's these defeats that have proved costly, a win in one of those games and we could have been going to Thomond Park with a chance of doing something this weekend. That's certainly something we have to aim to improve on next season, we have to turn Liberty Stadium into a fortress again." The visit is also poignant for 31 year-old centre Sonny Parker who will make his 100th appearance for the side. The side is led by Ryan Jones and James Hook is in the fly-half position. [Teams] The Glasgow Warriors head coach Sean Lineen has confirmed his side to face Connacht at Firhill on Friday night. Max Evans is ruled out in the centre which sees versatile back Hefin O'Hare steps up to replace him and Thom Evans is also out, his spot being filled by Scotland 7's player, Colin Shaw. Colin Gregor starts at scrum-half while in the pack, prop Kevin Tkachuk is preferred to Jon Welsh and young lock Richie Gray is handed his first start on home soil. Changes to the loose-trio sees James Eddie returns in place of Opeta Palepoi at blindside flanker and Kelly Brown switches with Calum Forrester to line-up at openside and No.8 respectively. For the league's bottom side, Connacht, there's a change at hooker as Adrian Flavin will start with Sean Cronin, one of five Connacht players this week called into the Irish senior squad for the summer tour to Canada and the United States, reverting to the replacements. Academy player Conor Higgins, a promising 20-year old prop from Shannonbridge in Offaly, is included among the replacements. [Teams] Dragons Head Coach Paul Turner has named a line-up which sees five changes from the side which lost to Edinburgh last Friday for their home clash against European finallists Leinster. Gareth Wyatt and Richard Fussell come in on the wings with Phil Dollman starting in the centres and Adam Black in the front row. Craig Hill gets a second start for the region alongside Dan Lydiate. For Leinster, Rob Kearney returns to the starting line-up after sitting out with mumps and takes his place in a backline that features Girvan Dempsey at full-back and Simon Keogh on the right wing. There are two debutants in centre Kyle Tonetti and fly-half Ian McKinley who are the latest players to be promoted from the Leinster Academy. Tonetti partners Fergus McFadden, who makes his seventh appearance of the season. In the pack Devin Toner partners Trevor Hogan, while Kevin McLaughlin is in the loose-trio alongside Sean O'Brien and Stephen Keogh who captains the side. [Teams] The Ulster coach Matt Williams has named his starting XV to face the Scarlets at the Parc y Scarlets on Saturday. Hooker Nigel Brady captains the side in Rory Best's absence with a thigh injury. After his performance in Galway, last weekend, Isaac Boss will once again start at fullback, with Clinton Schifcofske taking to the bench. Declan Fitzpatrick starts at tight head prop due to BJ Botha's neck injury, while Ian Whitten starts at inside centre, allowing Paddy Wallace to recover from a head injury. Matt McCullough is back starting at blind side flank, while Stephen Ferris is rested ahead of the Lion's tour to South Africa. Only a point separates the two teams who sit in sixth and seventh respectively on the log. Inspirational prop Kees Meeuws returns to the Scarlets line-up for the first time since an Achilles injury suffered on November 28. The 34-year-old All Black had featured in every game before he collapsed in the first match at Parc y Scarlets, against Munster in the Magners League. This weekend he partners Phil John and hooker Ken Owens in the front row. Head coach Nigel Davies has opted for youth in the second row, with 21-year-old Lou Reed and 23-year-old Dominic Day. Ever present No.8 David Lyons keeps the captaincy with Simon Easterby starting on the bench with knee surgery fresh in the memory. Lions tourists Matthew Rees and Stephen Jones are rested along with Wales tourists Jonathan Davies, Dafydd Jones, Mark Jones. New Wales squad backrow Josh Turnbull starts on the bench. Lee Williams keeps his wing berth after a two-try man-of-the-match performance against the Blues on Wednesday at Cardiff Arms Park. "It was a fabulous performance by Lee in Cardiff," said Davies. "He is a world-class sevens player, he's got that ability to beat players, he is very quick, he understands the game very well and he's one of those players that can play in a number of positions. He showed what a great talent he is." [Teams] The final game of the season takes place on Sunday when the Cardiff Blues host Edinburgh. Edinburgh have named their 22 for the game at the Arms Park. Captain Mike Blair who was a late addition to the Bristish and Irish Lions squad for the injured Tomas O'leary has been rested for the match on Sunday. The visitors are on the back of 5 straight wins coming into Sunday's match and a 6th would see them set a club record. Robin Sowden Taylor will have the honour of leading the Cardiff Blues onto the Arms Park pitch for the last time before their move to their new stadium. Lions-bound stars Gethin Jenkins, Jamie Roberts, Andy Powell, Martyn Williams and Leigh Halfpenny are all rested for the clash. "I hope the supporters turn up in force for this historic occasion, it should be a great day at the Arms Park. I'm fortunate to have played most of my career here and it will be great to see so many familiar faces here for the post match celebrations," said Director of Rugby, Dai Young. "I think the best memory I have of the Arms Park is beating Bath here in the Heineken Cup many season's ago. It was an eerie, foggy night and I remember Nigel Walker sprinting down the wing. We all have fond memories of the place and the ground has been a second home to a lot of us for a number of years. It's sad that we are leaving but it is progress, and another door opens as we move to a new stadium. We are excited to be moving but there is also a bit of sadness leaving the old ground."
