Ospreys and Wales lock Ian Evans has reportedly signed a three-year deal with Toulon.
Evans is one of a number of top Welsh internationals whose contracts are up at the end of the season. British & Irish Lions heroes Leigh Halfpenny and Sam Warburton have been heavily linked with a move to France while Jonathan Davies has already laid out his cards and has signed for Clermont Auvergne.
Reports earlier this month suggested the Heineken Cup champions were closing in on the signing of Evans and despite the lock telling the press on Monday he was happy to wait before deciding where his future lies, the Daily Mail claims it is a done deal and he has signed a three-year deal with Toulon.
Reports from France claim Toulon owner Mourad Boudjellal has confirmed to the press that his team have signed a lock on a three-year deal and that man now appears to be Evans.
