Sam Warburton has been dropped to the bench ahead of Wales' match with Samoa on Friday night, according to reports. The flanker, who skippered Wales to the 2012 Six Nations Grand Slam and through the 2011 World Cup, has been struggling with injury and form and with interim Wales boss Rob Howley under pressure to turn around the team's fortunes it appears that Ryan Jones will skipper the team on Friday evening, according to the Daily Mail. Wales lost to Argentina on Saturday, a match that Jones missed. He has been one of Wales' most consistent performers over the past 12 months and with him back fit and available for selection, he could be drafted into the side in place of the injured Josh Turnbull at blindside. Wales announce their matchday squad for the Test with Samoa at lunchtime today. © ESPN EMEA Ltd
