The pair join the Adams Park side who are struggling without their two first-choice wingers Tom Varndell and Christian Wade. Varndell is recovering from an ankle injury while Wade is sidelined with a groin injury.
Robinson, aged 31, has made just five appearances for the Leicester Tigers following his switch from Bristol in the summer of 2010 and will be looking to accrue some match time. Prydie, who has four Wales caps to his name, comes to Adams Park from the Ospreys and has been named in the Welsh U20 side for the forthcoming Six Nations.
Their capture follows hot on the heels of their announcement on Wednesday of the signing of two Russian forwards. And with Wasps struggling with a host of injuries this season, their defence coach Rob Hoadley is adamant they will not rush back flanker Tom Rees.
The 27-year-old has been sidelined since pre-season, after rupturing his anterior cruciate ligament, and Hoadley has refused to give an indication of his potential comeback date. "It's not a conventional injury where you say he'll come back on this date," Hoadley told the Bucks Free Press. "He's sitting down and assessing with the physios every week, but I'm not going to put a date on it.
"It's not fair on him and it's not fair on people expecting and hoping for him to come back. We're just playing it week by week but we do hope to have him back and firing and contributing to our Premiership campaign.
"We'll see how it goes, but everyone has got their fingers crossed for him. He's such a great guy and such a leader. We just all hope he can be back out there, for him really as much as for ourselves."
