Hugo Horn is a well known figure in the English Championship having turned out for the Rotherham Titans. He is an experienced hooker and played in all of their four games during the 2007 World Cup. He also played in their games during the 1999 showpiece but was forced to miss the 2003 World Cup due to financial reasons.

Horn is currently unattached but will go to the World Cup in the Namibian 30-man squad.
