The Stormers will tackle the Lions in Cape Town on Saturday without winger Bryan Habana, who has been ruled out of the game due to a shoulder problem. The Springbok flyer picked up the injury in last weekend's 19-6 loss to the Reds at Newlands but is expected to only miss one week of action. Gio Aplon switches to the wing as a result, with Conrad Jantjes restored to the side at fullback. Jean De Villiers again misses out with a groin injury, Juan de Jongh deputising in midfield. In the pack, Rynhardt Elstadt and Brok Harris are replaced by De Kok Steenkamp and CJ van der Linde respectively, while Anton van Zyl and Johann Sadie are named on the bench. "This is a tough competition and you have to make sure you pitch up every week," coach Allister Coetzee said. "Their [the Reds'] plan on the day was tactically better. They did their homework. "Their physical intensity was outstanding. We battled to get going and gain any momentum and it forced us into mistakes. It hurts to lose, especially at Newlands. We have to take it in on the chin and move on." © ESPN EMEA Ltd
