Profile

An Oxford University graduate, Cunningham played eight times for Scotland between 1908 and 1911. He later joined the Indian Civil Service and would eventually serve as the British Governor of the North-West Frontier Province of British India that would become a province of Pakistan. He was knighted in 1935.
