Alberto de Marchi is a powerful prop currently plying his trade with Magners League outfit Aironi. De Marchi learned his trade at San Donà before being snapped up by Parma at the age of 20 in 2006.
He was capped by Italy at Under-21 level before moving on to the 'A' side. De Marchi made the switch to the newly-formed Aironi in 2010 and enjoyed a successful debut season with the Viadana-based outfit, earning a call-up to the senior Italian side for a two-day World Cup training camp in Cesena, in May.
