Munro frequently starts for the Canucks as their regular first-choice fly-half. The Ontario Blues ten has also turned out for the Edinburgh Gunners, Waterloo and Colonro Rugby club in Italy. He is the grandson of Lord Hector Munro - the former president of the SRU - and studied at the University of Edinburgh.
Munro will go to the 2011 RWC with Canada after being named in their 30-man squad for the tournament.
