Fall made his Test debut in a comfortable victory over Samoa in November 2009, having represented France at the 2008 Junior World Championship. He was picked up by Bayonne following an impressive season in Pro D2 with Union Bordeaux Bègles in 2007-08. In 2010 Fall was handed his first Six Nations start against Scotland at Murrayfield but injury ruled him out of victories over Ireland and Wales, Brive's Alexis Palisson taking his place.
