Italy coach Nick Mallett has made four changes to his side for Saturday's Six Nations showdown with England at Twickenham.
Brive fly-half Luciano Orquera is handed the No.10 shirt in favour of Kris Burton while Pablo Canavosio steps in for Edoardo Gori at scrum-half having appeared as a replacement for his injured team-mate during last weekend's opening defeat to Ireland.
Elsewhere, Valerio Bernabo comes in at blindside flanker for the injured Josh Sole while South African-born lock Carlo Del Fava gets the nod in favour of Santiago Dellape.
Tight-head Martin Castrogiovanni is expecting a tough outing, but is confident that Italy can make a dent at Twickenham.
"England won in Wales and proved to be in great form," he said. "I believe they will battle with France to win the title. But we are going there convinced we can play a great game.
"We do, however, have to be careful as many times we have done very well in our opening game only to follow that up with a big loss. We have to go out on the pitch without thinking too much about what England will do. We have to respect them but think of doing our job and try to go out and win. In Europe, they are the team that respects us most."
