England flyer Chris Ashton will make his debut for Saracens against Treviso on Friday after being named in their XV for the pre-season friendly.
Ashton will be joined in the side by some more of the party that journeyed to South Africa for their three-Test series in June with Alex Goode, Brad Barritt, Charlie Hodgson and Mouritz Botha also starting.
Another notable inclusion is Scotland international Kelly Brown who starts at blindside. He has been out of action since January and missed the Aviva Premiership run in along with Scotland's 2012 Six Nations campaign and their tour to the southern hemisphere in June.
The side will be captained by Steve Borthwick with ex-rugby league star Joel Tomkins starting at outside centre. New signing Alastair Hargreaves is on the bench with Nick Fenton-Wells getting the nod at openside.
