Scotland international Johnnie Beattie will join Montpellier from Glasgow Warriors at the end of the season. The 26-year-old, who has won 16 caps for Scotland, has signed a two-year contract with the French Top 14 side. The No.8 has lost his place in the national team set up in recent with the rise of players such as David Denton. Montpellier, who are currently 14th in the Top 14, have also completed deals for Brive flanker Alexandre Bias and Perpignan hooker Charles Geli. Glasgow have already confirmed that former All Black back-row forward Angus Macdonald will be joining the Scottish club. © ESPN EMEA Ltd
