Munster prop BJ Botha and Ospreys flanker Justin Tipuric have been cited following the RaboDirect Pro12 clash on Saturday.
Botha is accused of striking an opponent with his head while the Ospreys skipper has been cited for a dangerous tackle.
Hearings for both players will take place in front of an independent disciplinary panel at a date to be confirmed.
The Ospreys won the game 17-13 as they maintained their strong start to the season and their place at the summit of the table.
