Lyn Jones is the head coach of London Welsh and in the 2011-12 season led them to promotion to the Aviva Premiership for the first time.
The former Welsh international - who has five caps to his name - turned out for Neath and Llanelli before moving into coaching in 1994. He took up the head coach role at Neath in 1995 and remained there for eight years until the inception of regional rugby in 2003.
He moved into the role of the Ospreys' boss and led them to Celtic league success in 2005 and 2007 along with taking the Anglo-Welsh Cup in 2008. His charges excelled on both the domestic and international scene and at one stage had 13 starters for Wales in their match against England in 2008.
Jones left his post at the Ospreys in 2008 and spent a year abroad working as director of rugby at The British School Al Khubairat in Abu Dhabi. Jones then took over the reins at London Welsh in July 2011 and in his first season, led them to the play-off final of the RFU Championship.
Jones' side overcame the Cornish Pirates and seemingly secured promotion to the Premiership only to have their case blocked. After a successful appeal, Welsh were granted entry to the Premiership and will play at the Kassam Stadium in the 2012-13 season.
