Sweeney and Cooper named in Dragons' line-up

Newport Gwent Dragons have named Welsh internationals Ceri Sweeney and Gareth Cooper in the starting XV for Friday night's game at Ulster.
Sweeney and Cooper form the half back partnership with Aled Thomas moving from outside half to fullback.
Dragons and Wales U20 captain Ashley Smith is ruled out with a shoulder injury and Academy and Bedwas centre Phil Dolman comes in at inside centre.
There is just one change in the pack from the side that defeated the Borders 48-0 last time out with Andrew Hall coming in at blindside flanker and Michael Owen who will captain the side moves to No.8.
