John renews Cardiff comittment

Welsh international Spencer John has renewed his commitment to Cardiff by signing a three-year contract.
John, who joined Cardiff in 1997, has played 81 times for the club and regained his place in the national squad last season.
He said: "There was never any real doubt that I would stay here at the Arms Park. This club has been good to me and I am guaranteed an opportunity to play the highest standard of club rugby available."
