London Irish bench Test halfbacks

London Irish have sprung a selection surprise by dropping fly-half Stephen Bachop for their Tetley's Bitter Cup semi-final against Northampton on Saturday.
The 34-year-old All Black is replaced by his fellow New Zealander Jarrod Cunningham.
Prolific goalkicker Cunningham is switched from the right wing as one of five changes three personnel and two positional following Irish's 41-16
But Bachop's omission is the biggest surprise, coach Dick Best preferring in-form Cunningham as his playmaker with Irish looking to book their first cup final appearance since 1980.
Bachop will be joined on the replacements' bench by another All Black, recent signing Ofisa ``Junior'' Tonu'u, for Saturday's second semi-final at the Madejski Stadium, Reading.
