Samoan Sititi joins the Hurricanes
February 16, 2000
Following the injury to Filo Tiatia , which will keep him out of Super 12 action for 6 weeks, the Hurricanes have announced the addition of Samoan international Semo Sititi to their squad.
Sititi is a NPC player currently contracted to the Wellington union. He has represented Manu Samoa at no 8 and at flanker and is the current captain of the Manu Samoan sevens squad.
Tiatia's loss is a blow to the Hurricanes. He damaged a medial ligament during the Hurricanes' pre-season game against the Brumbies last Saturday.
