Popham skippers Wales U21s

Newport number eight Alix Popham will captain the Wales Under-21 side to play France at Llandovery this Friday, kick off 2.30pm.
Along with Popham, Bath scrum-half Gareth Cooper is the only survivor from last year's Welsh side that sealed the Grand Slam against England.
