January 10, 2000
Jock Peggie has been announced as the new Scottish Rugby Union development officer for West Lothian.
The 26-year-old Musselburgh hooker replaces current Scotland forwards coach Hugh Campbell and will work closely with the district's two clubs Livingston and Linlithgow.
"Jock is joining a very strong team," said SRU technical administrator Dougie Arneil.
"The potential for rugby in West Lothian is tremendous and he will be working with that team to raise the game's profile."
