December 15, 1999
Australian sevens coach Glen Ella has reshaped his squad of players in advance of the next two rounds of the World Sevens Series: in Uruguay on January 7/8 and Argentina on January 12/13.
The twelve man squad shows a number of changes: Jim Williams, Phil Waugh and Shane Drahm have dropped out so that they can join their respective squads for Super 12 2000 preparation while Tyron Mandrusiak and Paul Dineen have been dropped.
Five newcomers have been added, Tim Donnelly, Richard Graham, John Roe, Tu Tamarua and Andrew Willett.
