Lumkong returning for Eagles
The United States, aiming to win its first Rugby World Cup match in 12 years, has named its side for the clash with Romania on Sunday.
The Eagles make four changes to the line up following the defeat against Ireland with Rob Lumkong, who has recovered from a knee injury, returning at No. 8. Also in the back row, Fifita Mo'unga comes in at openside flanker and captain Dan Lyle shifts to the blindside.
Among the backs David Niu moves up from the replacements at fly half, as does inside centre Mark Scharrenberg.
