Argentina slip outside world top ten
June 16, 2014
There are few changes in the IRB World Rankings after a fortnight of international rugby, with Argentina slipping three places to 11th, the lowest they have ever been, after back-toback defeats by Ireland. The main beneficiaries are Scotland who have risen to eighth after starting June in 10th.
Results in Australasia have not affected the positions although they have changed the gaps between the sides. Canada's loss to Scotland has meant they slip one place to 16th, overtaken by Georgia.
