Leon Holden is currently in his second stint with Wasps. The Kiwi arrived at Adams Park in 2005 and performed a number of roles within the coaching team, including assistant coach and forwards coach, thus playing a key role in the club's Aviva Premiership and Heineken Cup victories.

He departed four years later but, following the dismissal of Tony Hanks in February 2011, Holden returned to the club after accepting the position of director of rugby on a temporary basis until the end of the season.
