Jack Cuthbert heads north to join Edinburgh
June 13, 2013
Edinburgh have confirmed the signing of fullback/winger Jack Cuthbert, 25, on a two-year contract after he left Bath. He came through Bath's youth ranks but was unable to secure a regular place last season.
Bristol-born Cuthbert, who has one cap for Scotland, hopes to rekindle his international career north of the border. "I'm really excited. It's a fresh challenge for me," he said. "It's a change of league with a very different style of rugby.
"The Premiership is very much a physical affair, while there's a great style of running rugby brandished in the RaboDirect Pro12, with the physicality right up there with the best leagues in Europe."
