Profile

Ryan Davis is a versatile playmaker whose favoured position is fly-half Exeter Chiefs.

Davis was born in Bristol and developed his skills at the renowned rugby-finishing school Colston's. He represented England at under-16 and under-18 levels and made his professional debut for Bath in 2004. In 2005 he captained England in the under-21 Six Nations and played in the IRB under-21 World Championships in France.

He made 56 appearances for Bath between 2004 and 2010. But with Sam Vesty moving to Bath from Leicester and Olly Barkley returning to the club, Davis moved to newly-promoted Exeter Chiefs for more regular action.
