Grant, who lined up for the British & Irish Lions last summer, will start for Scotland against Italy on Saturday and he is looking forward to continuing his career at the Warriors.
"There has been so much progress at the club recently, with our support getting bigger each year and our excellent facilities at Scotstoun, so it's a great place to be," Grant said. "We have a really good squad, which gets stronger every season and there is now so much competition for places. I'm really looking forward to another three years in Glasgow."
Reid featured in Scotland A's draw with England Saxons last month and is looking to "continue to learn and develop" his game at the Warriors.
