Dragons sign pair of forwards
ESPN Staff
May 31, 2012
Newport Gwent Dragons have brought in two new forwards ahead of next season. Second-row Ian Nimmo joins from the Cornish Pirates while Tim Ryan arrives at Rodney Parade from I Cavalieri Prato with the pair both signing two-year contracts. Nimmo arrives at the Dragons as a like-for-like replacement for the outgoing Luke Charteris and played for the Pirates in their play-off final against London Welsh last night. Ryan faced the All Blacks for Munster back in 2008 and has also turned out for Toulon in the past. After playing in the Amlin Challenge Cup final in 2010, Ryan played for Newcastle and then his current side Prato. © ESPN EMEA Ltd
