Chris Day is an English second-row who plays for Northampton.
Day was born in Lancashire and began his professional career with Sale Sharks. He made his senior debut in 2004 going on to appear 24 times for the club during the season. He continued to play an important role for the club in the preceding seasons and gained England under 19 and 21 honours.
In the summer of 2010 he moved to Northampton Saints and made an immediate impact alongside Courtney Lawes in the first team.
