The 18-year-old, who is part of the French national academy, will start training with the senior side on Tuesday and could feature in Toulouse's Heineken Cup clash with Connacht at the weekend.
"We've been watching him for some time but the injury crisis we're suffering is going to precipitate his arrival," said manager Guy Noves.
Former Springbok Botha has been ruled out for the rest of the season with a broken leg while Georgian international Giorgadze has a torn thigh muscle.
