Toulouse prop Daan Human will be sidelined for about a month after fracturing a bone bear his left eye socket.
The South African was hit by Thibaut Privat during Toulouse's 45-25 win at Montpellier at the weekend. The prop had only just returned to action against Harlequins two weeks ago following a four-month lay-off with an arm injury.
Toulouse manager Guy Noves told AFP: "We haven't ruled out the possibility of citing Privat for hitting out needlessly at a player who had only just returned."
Human joins compatriot Gary Botha on the French champions' injury list after the South African hooker suffered a bone fracture in his right leg.
