George Stowers will leave London Irish at the end of the season to take up a two-year contract with the Ospreys.
The Samoan international back-rower, 32, joined the Exiles prior to the 2009 season following a spell with Kobe in Japan.
He began his career in New Zealand with Counties Manukau, representing the Chiefs at Super Rugby level.
"I'm excited about signing for the Ospreys and what looks like an exciting challenge ahead," he said.
"I've spoken at length to the coaches about their vision for the team, had a good look around the first-class facilities there, and I'm really looking forward to being able to play a part in what they are trying to achieve."
