James Pritchard is a well-known figure on the rugby scene having played for two of Europe's biggest clubs. The crosscode international started off in rugby league playing for the Parramatta Eels before crossing code to play for Clubin in 1999.
The fullback the moved to England to join the Bedford Blues in 2001 and set a new National Division One record with 374 points in his second year at the club. After spells at Plymouth Albion, Perpignan and Northampton Saints, Pritchard opted to rejoin Bedford and has since scored 1006 points for the Championship side. The records kept on tumbling for Pritchard after he recorded 403 points in the 2010-11 season - the first time a Bedford player has passed the 400 mark.
Having featured prominantly for Canada during the 2003 and 2007 World Cup, Pritchard will hope to make a similar impact at the 2011 showpiece after being named in the Canucks 30-man squad for the tournament.
