More woes for Bulls
February 18, 2008
Defending Super 14 champions the Bulls are heading for a injury crisis as Springbok winger Akona Ndungane joins the growing injury list
Ndungane is the latest player to be ruled out of the Bulls' clash with the Crusaders at Loftus Versfeld on Friday.
Ndungane's fellow Boks winger Bryan Habana is also a doubt for the match, while lock Bakkies Botha has also been ruled out due to an ankle injury.
Habana suffered a shoulder injury during the Bulls win against the Strormers where the speedster scored the only try and is thought to be at least two weeks away from full fitness.
The Bulls medical team are hoping that Ndungane and Botha will in all likelihood be fit for the contest against the Sharks a week after the Crusaders clash.
