Montpellier have added former Argentina hooker Mario Ledesma and ex-France centre Stephane Glas to their coaching set-up.

Ledesma joins from Stade Francais and will take charge of their forwards while Glas will handle the backs with current boss Fabien Galthie overseeing the operation. In the reorganisation, Eric Bechu - who was previously co-coach with Galthie - will take charge of the high performance division and academy.

Elsewhere in the Top 14, former Italy fly-half Diego Dominguez has joined Stade in a consultancy role. He will form part of Richard Pool-Jones' backroom staff and is expected to be working alongside the kickers and with the club's young talent.
