Romania will be desperate to restore some pride in their head-to-head record with England when the two nations meet for the first time in almost a decade on Saturday.
The last time the two countries met England ran in 20 tries at Twickenham as they racked up a 134-0 scoreline. Fullback Jason Robinson scored four tries while wingers Dan Luger and Ben Cohen claimed a hat-trick each. Fly-half Charlie Hodgson grabbed an astonishing 44 points in the game with two tries, 14 conversions and two penalties - all on his debut.
It was a very different match and result to the first time the two sides met in London in 1985. Then England, captained by Paul Dodge in midfield, edged Romania 22-15 two drop goal and four penalties from Rob Andrew on his international debut accounting for all of England's points.
The two nations met twice in between with England recording comfortable victories in 1989 and 1994. On both occasions England racked up more than 50 points. However England and Romania have not played each other for almost a decade and a significantly improved Romania will be out to restore some pride.
