Zimbabwe-born hooker Peter Dixon joined Bath from South Africa Super 14 side Stormers three seasons ago.

A mobile player with fine handling skills and a sound understanding of the set-piece, Dixon competes with England hooker Lee Mears for the Bath No.2 shirt. During his time in South Africa Dixon was unfortunate to miss out on international recognition, but his sound skill-set and willingness to carry in the loose have won him fans both at Bath and in the wider Premiership.

Dixon enjoyed a long run in the Bath side while Mears was away with England at the 2007 World Cup.
