Graham Henry has been chosen to replace South African Jake White on the IRB rugby committee. The World Cup-winning New Zealand coach will now lend his experience to a body that plays a key role in recommending policy in regards to player welfare, laws, playing trends and coaching techniques and is led by fellow Kiwi Graham Mourie. "Rugby is a sport that is constantly evolving on and off the field and with that comes challenges," Henry said. "As a coach I have experienced the evolution first hand. I am now looking forward to using my experience to continue to contribute to the game through the committee." White has had to step down after three years on the committee because of his Super Rugby coaching commitments with the Brumbies. © ESPN EMEA Ltd
