Stefano Barba is a former Italian international who won 34 caps for his country and played in the 1991 Rugby World Cup.

A centre, his career stretched from 1982 to 1999 and he won four Italian championships, two with Petrarca in 1983/84 and 1984/85 and after signing for Amatori Milano he won another two titles in 1990/91 and 1992/93. He had three spells with CUS Roma and also played for SS Lazio at the end of his career.

After his retirement he has coached SS Lazio and the Italian under-17 team.
