Scarlets tight-head prop Samson Lee has been cited for an alleged stamp on Danny Care's face during his side's 33-26 Heineken Cup win at Harlequins last weekend.
Lee was sin-binned over the incident after his boot connected with Quins scrum-half Care's face at a second-half ruck.
Lee faces a hearing in Dublin on Thursday, and could be banned for the Scarlets' second-round meeting with Racing Metro on Saturday.
The IRB recommend a minimum sanction of two weeks for low-range foul play offences, five weeks for mid-range and nine to 52 weeks for high-end incidents.
