Toulon tie-up Palisson deal

France winger Alexis Palisson is the latest international player to join Toulon after he signed a two-year deal with the big-spending Top 14 side from Brive.
The 23-year-old , who has won 12 caps for France and scored two tries for his country, follows Gavin Henson to the Stade Mayol after the Welsh international ended his association with Aviva Premiership side Saracens.
Palisson, who can operate at fullback or wing, is currently with Marc Lievremont's squad for the 2011 Six Nations, although he failed to make the match-day squad for France's opening game against Scotland on Saturday.
