Connacht flanker Mike McCarthy and London Irish centre Steve Shingler have both been cited as a result of incidents in last weekend's Heineken Cup.
The pair will face a disciplinary hearing on Wednesday. Shingler was sent off in the first-half of his side's 24-18 defeat to Cardiff Blues on Friday for a dangerous tackle on opposite number Dafydd Hewitt.
McCarthy, meanwhile, was reported by ERC citing commissioner Bruce Reece-Russell after an alleged high tackle on Toulouse winger Vincent Clerc during Saturday's 36-10 loss. Both hearings will take place at the ERC offices in Dublin under the jurisdiction of independent judicial officer Roger Morris.
