Toulouse will be without influential centre Yann David for their trip to Brive, a game that has been moved to Sunday, pending confirmation from the Ligue Nationale de Rugby (LNR), due to a reported outbreak of swine flu.
The illness wrecked Perpignan's showdown with Bayonne last weekend after laying low a number of Castres players earlier in the season.
David picked up a thigh injury during France's loss to New Zealand and has been ruled out for three to four weeks. Guy Novès will also be missing hooker Alberto Vernet-Basualdo, who sustained a dislocated shoulder while playing for Argentina against Scotland at Murrayfield.
Toulouse are also without centre Maleli Kunavore as the Fijian still struggles with an arm injury. Toulouse lie fourth in the table after a 17-12 victory against Montauban whilst tenth placed Brive crushed Montpellier 25-3.
Brive have struggled so far this season and their hopes of securing a top six spot are in the balance as they are currently nine points adrift of Toulon. They coasted to victory over Montpellier last weekend but have been frustratingly inconsistent.
