Corey Flynn heading to Toulouse
May 12, 2014
Corey Flynn will join Toulouse after the Super Rugby season, the Crusaders hooker having signed a two-year contract with the French Top 14 club.
''Hey all I thought I should let you know that after the super rugby season I will be finishing up at the Crusaders,'' Flynn wrote on his Facebook page. ''It has been an amazing ride (it's not over yet) and the best 13 years of my life."
Flynn wrote that he had been lucky to play in great Crusaders teams with team-mates he had grown up "watching on TV", and he described his career with the franchise as "a dream come true".
Flynn added that he and his family were "really excited about this next adventure we are about to embark on". And he noted that "Toulouse play in red and black so it won't be to [sic] much of a change".
