Stade Francais scrum-half Julien Dupuy will make his return to action as part of the France 'A' squad to contest this summer's Churchill Cup. Dupuy was slapped with a six-month ban for gouging Ulster's Stephen Ferris during a Heineken Cup tie in December, with his ban expiring on May 27. He missed the second-half of the season as Stade struggled to eighth in the Top 14 and watched as Morgan Parra usurped him as France's starting No.9 during their Six Nations Grand Slam. The former Leicester player has been given a chance to remind the national selectors of his worth however, with France 'A' set to take on Uruguay on June 9 and Canada on June 13. This year's tournament also features England Saxons, the USA and Russia. The full French squad will travel to face South Africa in Cape Town on June 12 before a Test against Argentina in Buenos Aires on June 26. Toulouse centre Yann David has been forced to pull out of the 'A' squad due to an ankle injury and has been replaced by Castres' Yohan Audrin. © Scrum.com
