Former Ireland international Ronan O'Gara has been summoned to explain his actions following Racing Metro's Top 14 quarter-final win over Toulouse to league officials.
O'Gara, who now coaches at Racing Metro, was mentioned in reports by two match officials. Coach Laurent Labit was also included in the reports.
No specifics have been given as to what he said or did but a Top 14 spokesman said a meeting was sought with O'Gara "on an urgent basis".
