Racing Metro sign South African No.9

Racing Metro have announced the signing of Bulls scrum-half Ruan Snyman.
Snyman will vie for the No.9 spot with Maxime Machenaud and Racing coach Laurent Labit broke the news on the Parisian club's Twitter account.
"A South African scrum-half will arrive next week," Labit said. "We took the option in order to create competition for players who are behind Maxime Machenaud. This scrum-half in question is actually Ruan Snyman."
