England travel to Port Elizabeth for the second time when they face the Springboks on Saturday.
England have never played at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium but they played in Port Elizabeth back in 1984 at the EPRFU Stadium. The Boks dominated England that day as they ran in three tries along with Johan Heunis' boot securing them a 33-15 win. Recent history, however, will prove to be painful reading for Stuart Lancaster's side.
They last won on South African soil back in 2000 when they prevailed 27-22 at Bloemfontein. It was that man Jonny Wilkinson who steered them home with all their points coming from his boot. The Boks are now on a nine-game winning run against England dating back to 2006.
While England have never played at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium, the British & Irish Lions took on the Southern Kings there back in June 2009. It was a brutal game which the Lions edged 20-8 with Ugo Monye - who could be in line for a start on Saturday - scoring one of their two tries.
